  • Offline Purchases: We cannot accept online returns for products purchased at offline retail stores or through third-party retail partners.
  • Right to Reject: dreamsnolimit holds the right to approve or reject a return/refund request based on a case-by-case assessment.

2.0 Eligibility for Exchange (Defective Items)

We primarily offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. If you believe your product is defective, you must fulfill the following conditions:

  • The 14-Day Functionality Test: You must test the item functionality within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Definition: “Testing” means plugging in the product to ensure it powers on and functions.
    • Warning: Testing by actual usage of the product (e.g., cleaning with a vacuum, cooking with an appliance) will nullify the return and exchange eligibility.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original purchase condition—unused, unmarked, and not defaced.
  • Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Complete Sets: Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

3.1 Return Methods:

  1. In-Store Return: You may return your merchandise at any of our official retail stores listed below. Please bring a copy of your tax invoice.

  1. Online/Parcel Return: For customers returning via courier, a Return Order Number must be obtained from our team first.
    • Return Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for returning the item to us will be borne by the customer.

4.0 Refund Process (Online Purchases)

Refunds are handled on an exceptional basis and are subject to inspection.

  • Inspection: dreamsnolimit reserves the right to test and inspect the product. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the product is defective or eligible for a refund, we will proceed with the credit.
  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
    • For Credit Cards: The refund will be issued to the original card used.
    • For Cash/Bank Transfer: The refund will be processed to the original bank account.
